Thank you for choosing to stay with us at Acres Landing. Below are our policies and procedures, please read them carefully. After reading and signing your registration card, you agree to abide by our policies and procedures.
Important Note:
All reservations will be charged in full at the time of booking. If the credit card declines, the camper will then be canceled, and the camper released. Acres Landing is an 18+ property. All guests must be over 18 years of age – no children are allowed.
Please note that Acres Landing does not charge resort fees.
ID Requirement
For security purposes, valid photo verification is required. Acceptable forms include driver’s license or passport.
Check-in / Check-out Time
Check in time is 4:00 PM
Check out time is 11:00 AM
Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
Early check-in is not guaranteed. Please call the property directly the day of your arrival to verify if it is available.
Late check-out is not guaranteed. Please speak with reception staff the morning of the departure to verify if a late check-out may be accommodated.
The early check-in fee schedule follows:
* Before 11am previous night’s full rate plus tax is incurred
* Between 12pm-2pm a $50 fee is incurred
The late check-out fee schedule follows:
* Between 12pm-2pm a $60 fee is incurred
* After 2pm a night’s full rate plus tax is incurred
Security Deposit
Every guest must present a debit or credit card at check-in, along with a photo ID. The names on both cards must match the name on the reservation. The amount of $100 will be refunded at the end of your stay permitted there are no damages made by you or your guests to your camper and/or the property.
Cash Payments
Acres Landing will not accept cash for any payments. Therefore, ALL guests must have a debit/credit card to reserve and to cover the deposit.
Smoking
Acres Landing is a non-smoking facility. Smoking includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vaping, and cannabis, burning of candles or incense. If smoking is found to have taken place on the property, a fee of $200 will be charged to the credit card on file. You may smoke in the parking lot, permitted you are at least 25 feet from any entrance.
Cooking
No grilling or burning is allowed inside the campers; these activities are only permitted in designated areas.
Parking
There is no fee for parking. You may park anywhere there is an available spot as parking is not assigned. Please be sure to respect the designation of all parking spots for handicapped guests, as fines for violation are strictly enforced. We do NOT have electric charging stations.
Cancellations
Reservations may be cancelled for free up to 72 hours before arrival. Cancellation less than 72 hours will result in fee of the first night plus taxes. Holidays and Special Event Weeks may have their own cancellation policies that will override our standard cancellation policy.
Pet Policy
We are delighted to welcome your furry friends! To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, we kindly ask that you adhere to the following pet guidelines:
- A non-refundable fee of $100 per stay will be applied for guests traveling with pets.
- We welcome dogs only at our resort. Unfortunately, other pets are not permitted.
- For the safety of all guests and pets, dogs must remain on a leash at all times while on resort property.
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs. Waste disposal stations are available
- Please use the designated pet relief area for your dog’s business. This helps us maintain a clean and pleasant environment for all guests.
- One dog is allowed. Dog should not be left alone in the camper by itself. Please always pick up after your dog.
Noise Code of Conduct
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Amplified sound or music is not permitted. Please be courteous to all the guests around you. Excessive noise is not permitted at any hour. Profanity and violence are not tolerated. Inconsiderate guests will be asked to leave. We reserve the right to charge a disturbance fee in the same amount of any compensation that we must give to another guest.
Pool
Our swimming pool and hot tub will be accessible with the same code for your camper. The swimming pool and hot tub are open 24 hours to registered guests only. Please note daily maintenance services will be conducted between 6am to 8am. Hours of operation are subject to change, and it will be decided at the discretion of Acres Landing management should there be any issue with noise.
Occupancy
All campers have double occupancy. Additional guests are not recommended due to the space inside the campers. Additional guests will incur a fee of $100 per person, per night.
Housekeeping
Daily housekeeping will be available upon request with an agent inside the clubhouse. Please place your request by 10am to ensure your camper is scheduled for refreshment. You may also submit your request via text to (760) 387-7655.
Security
Acres Landing is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items. Report any problems directly to the onsite team immediately. We adhere to all city, county, and state laws. To ensure your safety, uniformed guards will patrol the property nightly.
Visitors
To ensure the safety, comfort, and privacy of all of our guests, we maintain a strict NO VISITOR POLICY. Only registered guests are permitted on premises at any time.
